HistoryHighlight, Inc. began as a decorator in 1980. In
order to control the quality and delivery of plastic parts, an addition was
quickly built to begin injection molding operations. Over the years, we have doubled our physical plant 4
times. Previous expansions added additional warehousing and a new paint shop,
including a 6-axis robotic paint spraying system. Our most recent expansion added
dedicated space for our quality control department. Although we have chosen not to pursue
ISO 9001 certification at this time, we routinely receive the highest quality
awards from our customers who are certified. The documented quality system we
employ allows us provide the assurance that you need at a lower cost to you
which means it is a better value.
We feel that quality is everyone’s responsibility. Today,
Highlight operates out of a 45,000 square-foot facility under one roof
dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. In order to compete in
today’s economy, we have put our focus on automation that allows us compete
in the global market.
